Ever since I was a child, Australia - that gigantic, wild island at the end of the world, 13 times the size of Madagascar, where I grew up, and 2,000 times the size of Belgium, where I was born - has always been a dream of mine.
And the fantastic colors of the Melbourne sky, glimpsed through the open roof of Rod Laver Arena, have only strengthened my desire to one day play on this mythical court.
